Once we both realized that doing a miserable diet until [insert occasion here] and then yo-yo-ing back to our “normal habits” and then back to diet-town wasn’t working for us (because diets=stress, stress=weight gain, weight gain=stress and around and around we go) we sought out the keys to the “long game.”
What if we take a look at the way yo-yo dieting down-regulates our metabolism and wreaks havoc on our hormones and instead focus on eating foods that support our metabolism for the long run, not just a quick fix to lose and gain back 10 pounds?

- 1 - 60 minute coaching session and 3 - 45 minute coaching sessions (phone or zoom) to use over the course of three months - depending on your unique needs and schedule
